About the company

Bird's Eye View Consulting was created in 2020 as company President, Susan Rollins, left a successful career as Executive Director of the $50,000,000 Housing Authority of St. Louis County. Rollins was not done with engaging with the community using her skills to inspire positive change. Rollins continues her interest in affordable housing with her work as a consultant for Nan McKay & Associates, a national company providing solutions to housing authorities nationwide. In the housing authority environment Rollins saw first hand examples of food insecurity which has encouraged her to teach people how to cook. Her cooking classes expose individuals to healthier choices and cooking methods which have resulted in improved health for families in the region. Rollins is committed to inspiring individuals to grow to their highest potential.

She is a certified personal coach offering individuals the opportunity to focus on six pieces (financial, career, spiritual, well-being, and relationships) of their life pie and set goals for balancing those pieces into a productive life.
